Welcome to the Fairy Tales V organized by Xivents. So that these 2 days be unforgettable for you and the guests, here are some informations. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate we are here for that and we can be easily identifiable with our Xivents tee-shirts and badges.
Under the Vigipirate plan, our security team will ask you to open your bags and coats overtime you will enter the venue. You have just got your pass, extras and bracelet. You have to wear your pass and bracelet all the time, they have to be visible in order for you to access to the activities. You mustn’t take your bracelet off, you will be asked to wear it the 2 days. Be careful and don’t lose your pass and your extra tickets, we won’t give you another tickets if you lose them.
Conferences and Q&A:
The seating in the conference and Q&A room is effectued according to the type of pass. A board will show you what space goes with what kind of pass and to find your seat according to your number, you will just have to look at the numbers on the chairs. When you leave the room during the various closings, please take your belongings with you or they will be taken off and put in the cloakroom where you will have to pay 2€. If you leave your belongings in the room, in case of theft, we couldn’t be held responsible. You are the only one responsible for your belongings.
Please, be sure of turn off your cell phone to not disturb the session. By respect for our guests, regarding the photos, please use the flash only during the first 5 minutes. It is forbidden to record videos.
To have access to the photo op room, you have to get a pass and/or a photo op ticket.
The photo op sessions are plannedat a regular time, if you don’t attend the session, we can’t assure you that you will get your photo. The hours are posted on the spot, on the schedule and a call will be made in the auditorium. Please stay in the auditorium so that you will not miss the various calls which will be ONLY made in that room, otherwise you might miss your running order and we couldn’t be held responsible for that.
The persons who have a Meet&Greet with one of the guest whereas it’s their turn to have their photo op, will be called in priority with the Gold pass, thus they will be sure of not missing the photo op. For that, please take your Meet&Greet ticket.
The persons who will come to the photo op sessions whereas it’s not their turn, will see their access to the photo op session rejected. It’s totally forbidden to escort a friend when it’s not your turn.
The photos and videos are totally forbidden during the photo op sessions, at the risk of being banished from the convention, without getting any kind of refund.
To make the photo op running orders easier, and so that everybody can have his photo op in the allocated time, please think of not bringing your belongings with you (bags, cloaks,…). Please, come ready when it’s your turn: without your belongings and with your pass and/or extras out. A table will be at your disposal where you could put down your belongings but BE AWARE THAT your belongings won’t be watched by our staff. We won’t be held responsible in case of theft.
The photos will be print insofar as possible on the very day. If you have to leave early and that you still don’t have your photo op printed, we will send it to you trough mail and you will be able to download them few days after the event on our website.

It’s very simple, you will be called by group and there will be 6 groups. The groups are written on your pass, just below the number of your seat in the auditorium.
BE CAREFUL, all the announcements will be made ONLY in the auditorium. To avoid missing your running order, please stay in the auditorium where various activities will be organized to wait. We couldn’t be held responsible if you miss your running order.
For those who bought Meet&Greet, look at the hour written on the schedule.
Anybody in late will see the access to the Meet&Greet rejected and won’t be refunded..
The photos and videos are totally forbidden, however, at the end of each Meet&Greet, you could have a photo souvenir all together, which will be sent by JPEG format, on your mail address.
The first 50 Evil Pass and the persons who bought a ticket can attend it. There will be 2 parts. The 1st one, the guests will go from table to table where you will be able to enjoy some snacks and an open bar. And the 2nd part, you could move your body on the dancefloor. So that everything goes well and the guests feel themselves comfortable to walk through the room, please do not ask them photos or autographs or you will be banished from the party.
The cameras, smartphones, video-cameras, etc, are totally forbidden during the passage of the guests, the consequence of the lack of respect of that rule will be an immediate exclusion without any kind of refund.
You will find various stands where you could buy items:
- The stand Xivents, you could buy all the extras (photo ops, autographs, Meet&Greet…) subject to availability. You can also buy autographs support, posters, photos, mugs, badges, etc. Don’t hesitate, enjoy everything, it has been made for you!
- The stand Mab Alouette, where you can buy mugs and other creations that you’re going to love.
A cloakroom watched by the volunteers of the association is at your disposal.
You can drop off your belongings and get a ticket in exchange. BE AWARE that you have all your belongings you need with you (purse, cigarettes, etc) because if you want to get someting back, you will have to give 1€ in exchange. Anyone can’t go inside the cloakroom.
The price of the cloakroom is 2€ per person, for a coat and a bag/suitcase.
BE CAREFUL, it’s forbidden to eat on the venue of the event and leave your detritus. Anyone who will try to cheat or steal something will be banished from the convention immediately.
We are also asking you to respect the Staff and their instructions, thus everybody could enjoy the convention, with delight and good humour.
