Writing Guidelines

Please note that we strictly filter the topics and the voice of our articles. Our content is meant to be professional but fun. We welcome any legal topic. However, we focus on real estate, internet law, business law, and many others. Any article on any legal subject will be considered. If you are unsure about the legality of a certain subject in your country or state, please refrain from writing it. We are currently accepting writers from all over the world. Please note that you should be able to take directions.

We will start by choosing a few writers to join our regular content production team. This means that you’ll be contributing multiple times a week and will be writing only for us, with no other workload.

• We will not accept writing from people who have had their work published anywhere.
• Please read the categories before submitting a piece. Do you fit in with our brand?
• No plagiarism or theft of intellectual property. We reserve the right to reject any article if we determine it is not original.
• Articles must be original, meaning no bits and pieces of someone else’s work (i.e., Please don’t steal other people’s articles and claim they’re your own).
• Articles length must be 500 words or more (this is general industry standard).
• Be mindful of the file format.
• Unique content is a must!

We’re always on the lookout for fresh perspectives on unusual types of legal topics, so if you’re interested in discussing a particular subject, then, by all means, go for it! Some suggested topics include:
