Story Plot
The Bourne films are a series of action thriller films that is based on the story of a popular novel called ‘The Bourne Series’ and it was written by the novelist Robert Ludlum. All the parts of the movie are surrounded by this novel’s story and character Jason Bourne, a CIA assassin with dissociative amnesia who must figure out who he is. The CIA is after Jason Bourne once more. It starts with Nicky Parsons, a former CIA operative who assisted Bourne before going undercover and now working with a whistleblower who wants to expose the CIA’s black ops. Nicky breaks into the CIA and downloads all of the CIA’s Black Ops, including Treadstone, which Bourne was involved in. Heather Lee, who is a CIA operative, discovers the hack and informs CIA Director Dewey, the guy behind the Black Ops, about it. He demands that Parsons and, hopefully, Bourne be discovered.
With the release of The Bourne Identity in the mid-2000s, the Bourne film series became enormously popular, based on Robert Ludlum’s novel of the same name.
