Dubai Calendar and Dubai Shopping Festival for 2023 have announced New Year’s Eve celebrations. Emirate residents can look forward to several New Year’s eve 2023 Dubai programs that will make the night unforgettable.
CELEBRATIONS
The Syrian singing sensation NassifZeytoun will perform at Dubai Opera for those looking for an opulent black-tie gala dinner. The winner of the Arabic television show Star Academy during the elegant evening will provide an alfresco dinner, dancing, and live entertainment.
As part of WHITE Beach’s first New Year’s Eve celebration, the legendary US rapper Nelly will perform his hits at Drai’s Dubai, in addition to R&B singer Ne-Yo performing at WHITE Beach’s first New Year’s Eve celebration.
There is going to be a concert at Zero Gravity with Jonas Blue and Jax Jones, and another concert at Meydan Grandstand with Badshah performing at Race 2020.
Among the notable celebrations of NYE will be the This Is NYE party held by the wealthy Burj Al Arab, the QE2 and the Four Seasons hotel in Jumeirah, The Irish Village in Al Garhoud, Emerald Palace Kempinski hotel on the Palm Jumeirah, Address Dubai Marina, and Under the Stars event held in Zabeel Park.
An Elvis Presley tribute act and a Madonna tribute act will accompany the gala dinner at Emirates Golf Club.
An extravagant bash will be held on the grounds of Atlantis, The Palm and will feature a 30-piece live band.
With the opening of Nammos Dubai, the world-famous beach club is kicking off its life in Dubai with an extensive New Year’s Eve celebration. Towards the start of the New Year, Four Seasons Resort Dubai’s beach club at Jumeirah Beach will be throwing a glamorous party to welcome the New Year.
FIREWORKS
Dubai fireworks will reach new heights and lengths once the entire city lights up at midnight to welcome the New Year.
The fireworks will be displayed at ten locations: BurjKhalifa, Burj Al Arab, Al Seef, The Beach, La Mer, The Pointe, Global Village, The Dubai Frame, Dubai Festival City Mall, and Atlantis, The Palm.
There will also be 7 different firework displays in 7 different countries on New Year’s Eve at Global Village.
There will be five concerts over Dubai throughout the eve of the New Year in order to provide those who would like to celebrate the Eve with their idol pop stars and begin the New Year with them.

- In order to reach the event venue, you will need to use public transportation
- Please follow the directional signs provided in order to take alternative routes
- Please be patient and cooperative, and follow the instructions of RTA personnel and Dubai Police officers.
- To maintain traffic safety and keep roads clear for emergency vehicles, don’t park vehicles on ShaikhZayed Road and Al Khail Road around event venues
- The Al Hosn Green Pass is valid for 30 days for Covid-vaccinated and exempted individuals. Non-vaccinated individuals have seven-day validity.
